Dive Trip Terms & Conditions
 

Please note the following terms and conditions for the dive trips:

  • All members participate at their own risk. Diving is an inherently risky sport, and DIVEIndia, its employees, agents, assigns & partners will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents caused during the trip, regardless of how they were caused.
  • It is strongly recommended that all trip participants purchase Diver's Insurance prior to the trip. Divers Alert Network SE Asia Pacific sells excellent diving insurance at a very reasonable price.
  • The itineraries are indicative, and subject to change based on factors outside our control - airline delays, weather, boat breakdowns and more.
  • Prices are subject to change based on changes outside our control, such as exchange rate fluctuations. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge in such cases.
  • A 25% payment is needed at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to the start of the trip. Bookings are not refundable.
  • All trip participants are expected to arrange their own international air tickets to the destination, as well as visas. We will make suggestions on flights and connections, but actual purchase and payment is the responsibility of each participant.
  • DIVEIndia reserves the right to cancel any of the trips at any time, for any reason whatsoever. In such cases, DIVEIndia's sole and maximum liability shall be limited to a refund of the payment made.
